LuckyFind helps you record metal detecting hunts on iPhone and Android: GPS routes, manually logged finds and maps. Your phone records a route; it does not detect metal or establish exactly which ground your detector has searched.
What LuckyFind does
LuckyFind brings route tracking, find records, maps and hunt history together:
- GPS route tracking. Start a hunt and the app records your path on the map. Pause and resume at will. View detailed stats about each route — distance, duration, and the finds you logged along the way.
- Find logging. Log a find with its name, category, GPS location, depth, and notes for free. Add up to two photos per find with Premium. LuckyFind caches field data on your phone and synchronizes it with your account when connectivity permits. Account sync for routes and find details does not require Premium.
- Map overlays. The standard map and current-find overlay are free. Premium adds satellite and hybrid maps and overlays of previous routes and finds, so you can compare past hunts with the ground you are covering now.
- History and badges. Browse every route you've ever recorded. View finds sorted by category (coins, jewelry, relics, modern junk). Earn badges as you hit milestones and grow your collection.
The whole point: stop guessing where you've been, stop forgetting what you've found. The app fades into the background while you swing, and gives you the data when you want it.
